BACK ORDERS
You will be notified by phone or e-mail if an item is not available to ship
within a few business days. When we call or e-mail to alert you that an item is
back ordered, we will offer you the option of waiting to have your order shipped
when the item is available or you may choose to cancel that portion of your

DAMAGES
If merchandise arrives in damaged condition, refuse delivery. If damage is
concealed, please retain all packaging and damaged goods for inspection by
carrier�s representative. Notify us immediately. We will assist in making the
claim with the carrier and will quickly send you replacement merchandise.
Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours by calling our Customer
Care Center at 888/569-2272 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday through
